Considering starting therapy?

Make contact

You can make contact using any of the following methods:

Arrange an initial session

Upon receiving your call/email, I will arrange a brief phone call to discuss a suitable time for an initial session. Confirmation of the date, time and location of the initial session will be emailed to you after the call.

Initial Session

During the initial session we will explore your goals for therapy, my approach to psychotherapy and our contract to work together (discuss timing, fee, limits to confidentiality etc). 

At the end of the session you decide if you would like to proceed.

How many sessions do I do?

You decide how many sessions you would like to do but it is recommended to initially contract for six sessions and then review if needed. It is also recommended to always have an ending session.
