Counselling & Psychotherapy
for Adults

We can all experience difficult times in life and may feel that speaking to someone might help. Whether we are experiencing stress and anxiety, difficult life events or transitions, or just feeling stuck and unsatisfied in our lives, therapy can provide a safe, non-judgmental, and affirmative space to discuss our feelings and experiences at our own pace. It can increase our ability to cope with stress and improve our self-awareness and ability to make positive changes towards a more fulfilling life.

Psychotherapy is confidential but there are limits to confidentiality when there is risk of harm to self, another, or concerns for a child’s wellbeing. This is discussed further in the initial session.
